By accessing the Hollywood East Films website located at hollywoodeastfilms.co ("Site"), engaging our services, or executing any agreement with Hollywood East Films LLC ("Hollywood East Films," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
Hollywood East Films provides cinematic video production services including but not limited to luxury real estate films, lifestyle and brand films, and agent authority content for clients in New Jersey and the tri-state area. Specific deliverables, timelines, licensing terms, and pricing are governed by individual service agreements entered into between Hollywood East Films and each client.
All content produced by Hollywood East Films — including films, photographs, edited footage, raw footage, music selections, and related materials — remains the intellectual property of Hollywood East Films until full payment has been received and any applicable licensing agreement has been executed.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for the purposes outlined in their service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this license does not include:
All content displayed on this Site, including films, copy, branding, and design, is the property of Hollywood East Films and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that properties, locations, and subjects depicted in commissioned content have been properly authorized for filming. Hollywood East Films is not liable for any claims arising from a client's failure to obtain necessary permissions, permits, or releases from third parties.
Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding the scope of work, access to locations, and any specific requirements at the time of booking.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Hollywood East Films generally requires a deposit to secure a production date, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of final content. Hollywood East Films reserves the right to withhold delivery of final content until payment has been received in full.
Late payments may result in suspension of services and may accrue interest at a rate specified in the applicable service agreement.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are detailed in each service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Hollywood East Films reserves the right to reschedule productions due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Hollywood East Films shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project.
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Hollywood East Films does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
This Site may contain links to third-party websites. Hollywood East Films is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Hollywood East Films.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
Hollywood East Films reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this Site. Continued use of the Site or our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
